How long does a fence installation take?The straightforward is that it varies. Depending on your requirements, the installation can finish as early as two days and can last up to a few weeks. Do you warranty your work?Yes, our works are warranted against defects in installation. Most of our fence products are also covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Damaged hardware and products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, as well and not under the workmanship warranty.

Will my chain link fence rust?It should not. Pick-It Fence Co. only uses corrosion-resistant galvanized chain links to ensure that they are rust-free for years to come. We also apply the necessary coatings, such as vinyl and PVC, for chain link fences that will be installed in areas more prone to rusting, such as near-saltwater properties.

How long will my wood fence last?The longevity of wooden fences depends on many factors such as soil moisture content, air humidity, sun exposure, and rain frequency. But on average, wooden fences should last anywhere between 7 to 12 years. We use durable quality lumber to keep rotting and mite infestation at a minimum. Treatment processes are also recommended regularly to maintain the wood’s integrity.

Do I need to stain/paint my new wooden fence?No. Painting or staining your new wooden fence is not a “must” but it does help secure the longevity of the fence. Unstained fences still offer good service life, but after a few years, fading will be noticeable. For most of our fence types—such as chain-links, vinyl, and aluminum fences, we use concrete during their installation process to make them more durable. However, some fence types, like wood, maybe an exception to this due to limitations like space, material composition, and others.
